Include 'title' attribute in embed code (iframe)

We embed media in a web page. The embed codes generated by Echo do not include a 'title' attribute. Including title is web accessibility best practice (https://dequeuniversity.com/checklists/web/iframes)
I also can't edit the live embed codes in Echo, so I have to go in and edit the html in each page where the video is embedded if I want them to be fully accessible.
Can we get 'title' added when we generate iframes?
