We have a campus-wide need to be able to livestream without creating a capture or recording. Our faculty has voiced concerns about where their content ends up after recording. Students are able to download captures through our LMS and will in some cases use this as an alternative to joining the class in real time. As they're all aware that they are being recorded, classroom discussion is also significantly restrained.
