The feature already exists as buttons next to the play button can be pressed to skip ahead or go back a few seconds. However, it'd be very convenient to have a shortcut for the left and right arrows to do the same (like with other media players such that pressing the right arrow makes the video skip ahead and the reverse for the left). Like i mentioned before the feature already exists so adding the shortcut should be relatively easy
