Make hiding and un-hiding a slide more obvious
complete
Improve the usability so it's really obvious that it's hidden (possible way would be to make the whole slide opaque). Teachers are generally not aware that their slide is hidden (or not hidden) when they are delivering to the class which often causes confusion.

Agreed! I forgot that you even could hide slides because the button is so hidden.

Detailed
Presentations should be made available or unavailable by time as well as by date. Lecturers want slides hidden until point in time when lecture is delivered. Students shouldn't be able to see ahead to info slides in some classes. Makes the interactive questions redundant because answers are discussed on the following slides. Also lecturer wants to selectively hide some slides in a presentation until a point in time but this isn't currently possible.

Actions/workaround/resolution/next steps
Lecturer has decided to go back to using TurningPoint and clickers because ALP doesn't support her learning design sufficiently. She runs her large group like a tutorial in a lecture theatre and wants to control which slides students will be able to access because the entire lecture is a Q&A exercise.

You should be able to designate which slides are hidden while in edit mode.
