Maybe by allowing scheduling of null recordings. These would simply prevent anyone from scheduling during that time, or starting a recording during that time.
This came up due to a room that is used during tax season for tax preparation....

Thank you for sharing this idea with us. We can see the value in this request, but it is not something we are actively prioritizing on our current roadmap. We are marking it as Deferred for now, which means we may revisit it in the future as our priorities evolve and we continue to evaluate customer needs.
