Make 'Link a different section' more obvious that it's a dropdown.

We've had two instructors this week not realize that the 'Link a different section' when creating an LMS link, is actually a drop down and there are possibly more courses to select from. It's quite hidden, and indication that it's a drop down or the full list of sections would be useful in the UI.

Hi Julie, thanks so much for the feedback! We plan to move towards a more traditional Folder structure for content as well as LTI 1.3 support over the course of this year (currently slotted in Q2). As we make these improvements, we will certainly keep your feedback in mind.
