Please make it possible to use AskEcho and do chaptering in existing videos without needing permission to copy/download/share them, so that instructors can get assistance on the time-consuming task of editing these to precision.

Thank you again for raising this request in the first place. It has been genuinely helpful in guiding how we think about this area.
I wanted to check back in following our January release, where we introduced AskEcho and extended chaptering beyond folders. These changes were intended to make chaptering more flexible across content.
When you have time, it would be great to hear whether you have had a chance to look at this again and if the updates meet your original need. If there are still gaps, any further feedback would be very valuable as we continue improving the experience.
