More audio editing capabilities in EchoVideo

Users have requested the ability to make simple audio adjustments, specifically:
- Boosting or lowering audio levels for recordings where the microphone input was too low or too high, without needing sophisticated editing tools.
- Muting short sections of the audio track (for instance, to prevent sensitive information or PII from being included in shared videos), rather than removing the entire audio track, which currently causes technical issues with video/audio synchronization.

We would also love to be able to boost low audio within Echo as currently we have to download it, use a third party software to boost it, re upload that file to Echo and then replace the low audio with the new boosted audio file. Its very long winded.
