As an institution, I want my content owners to be given advanced notification before their media is due to be archived or deleted by an automated archive/deletion rule. This notification needs to be sent via email, as not everyone logs into EchoVideo and/or not everyone will proactively check the notifications 'bell'. The window between the notification and the archive/deletion action should be long enough to give the content owner a chance to prevent the action from taking place, e.g. two weeks.
