The 'Missing Audio Input' email alerts are a useful source of information in detecting quality issues (https://support.echo360.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038310432-EchoVideo-Customized-Administrative-Alerts), but we are receiving a frustratingly high volume of false-positive alerts in scenarios when a scheduled capture has been manually paused for more than 10 minutes.
I can’t think of any customer value in receiving alerts in this scenario, as whatever is happening during the paused section won’t be recorded, so no action needs to be taken. These false-positives are reducing the overall value of the ‘Missing Audio Input’ alerts feature.
