restrict play scrolling/skip ahead capabilities for videos

Please add the ability for instructors to eliminate or restrict the ability for students to skip ahead in a video and with Interactive Media.

Yes, I agree, much like how interactive media works, allowing student to only rewatch what they have already viewed.
