Search - return partial matches

When searching for a user, return partial matches (search fields for each part of a query when a space separates them perhaps?)
I have a user with the names of "Robert Collyer"] Searching for "Rob Col" returns nothing. Searching for "Rob Collyer" also returns no results.

Please let me search on partial name matches.
For example:
https://echo360.net.au/admin/users#searchText=Mikee%20Ell does not match my account under the name 'Mikee Elliott'
This makes it incredibly difficult to efficiently search for users when the tenant has large numbers of people - as example we have 255191 users, many of which use names with spelling that may be different to what we assume (ie Damian/Damien)

Allow partial name matching when searching for a user.
Searching for "Mike Elliott" will not find me. Searching for "Elliott" will. Searching for "Mikee E" will not. Searching for "Mikee Elliot" will not. Searching for "Mikee" will. Please add an assumed wildcard before and after search terms. It's frustrating when a user has, for example, a second "first" name entered in the system.
