Instructors have reported that the language on the screen + button when selecting a term for auto-provisioning (pictured) is confusing.

When we have "force instructors to select an active or future term when auto-provisioning sections" turned on, instructors may be working in a current term or prepping a future term.

If the instructor is creating a new course for a future term everything makes sense as-is.

If the instructor is working in the current term and they are "linking to existing section content" (as pictured), the "Create New Echo Section" language is misleading/incorrect. This is a stumbling block for some users.

Suggest changing the button to read "continue" or the language to be more generic.
