At the moment, there is no clear way to tell whether a video has closed captioning applied in the Echo360 Admin interface and, more importantly, there is no way to tell what service was used for the closed captioning (at our Institution we may have CCs generated from ASR, or from Ai-Media).

Is it possible to implement something that more clearly indicates whether a video has closed captioning applied, and can tell you what service was used for the closed captioning?
