Support Custom Role mappings for Instructors in Blackboard

As an LMS Admin, I need to grant my Instructors a custom role in Blackboard.
With a custom role in a Blackboard course, the Consolidated Analytics do not load when clicking a course and instead we see a "Permission Denied" error. (Note: Blackboard is the only LMS that does this.)
Please support the use of custom instructor role mapping in Blackboard.

We are also experiencing the same problem with Moodle LMS. Consolidated analytics do not work with permission error when we use custom role for insturctor in Moodle.
