Support M4a For External Media Ingest

We would like the ability to upload M4a audio files via the external media ingest function in EchoVideo. This is the native audio format of Zoom
The M4a extension designates MP4 Audio. MP4 is an accepted format. We can currently trick the file picker into accepting the M4a files by renaming them as MP4s. The media processor is then able to process the audio data. We would like to be able to ingest and process the audio files without performing this extra step

Any updates for this? This feature request has been marked as considering.
Still all Zoom Meeting audio-files (podcast purpose for example) are created/generated to m4a-files.
It is quite "strange" that users just need to replace the filetype manually to mp4 to get this work.
Thanks.

This is something that has been spoken about at UTAS recently also. We have students that are required to do audio only interviews and many will do these on their phones. Downloading to PCs and then converting to MP4 so that it can be uploaded to Echo360 can be beyond the capabilities of some students causing delays in uploads and further work for staff to help the students convert, so we would also appreciated the ability to ingest the M4a file.
