Echo360 video currently does not support single name users. This creates a challenge as we are forced to manually change these users' profile in the LMS and add a character in the empty name field which then populates into Echo360 to enable the user access.

E.g.

First name is blank and last name is Smith

Dash is added in the LMS so name then appears as - Smith

This then populates to Echo360 causing the user's name to appear as "- Smith"

Similarly, this process is also undertaken if the user has a first name but not a last name.

Our LMS supports single name users, other applications support single name users but Echo has imposed a daily manual task on our support team to address this scenario.

We are currently averaging 20+ users who fit this scenario, on a daily basis.

We would like to see Echo360 no longer require mandatory first and last name.
