Tech Support Dialogue Box for Live Streams

It'd be great if there were a dialogue/chat box or area within a live stream for tech support help. Often times we'll have students message with tech support issues during a live stream by creating discussion questions. It sucks to have those commingled with class related discussion questions.
We monitor all of our live streams, which is why this is an issue for us. I guess this suggestion ties into another one I've seen on here, where it would be great if there was an admin view for live streams, where we can monitor our streams.
Thanks

Alternatively, if the Q&A Discussion tool could optionally be made visible by default in all live webcasts, then both users and instructors would be able to see what technical problems users are having and be able to post responses.
That was the benefit of the old ESS live webcast live chat - it was always visible in a live webcast and the perfect place to send out notices to users.
In contrast the current Q&A tool is hidden away out of sight and out of mind so isn't used or noticed nearly enough.
