Have a student that has to record group session meetings as she is handicapped and can't take notes. She needs to be able to look at the transcript. These recordings are not associated in a LMS course. I do not allow students the ability to edit transcripts so when this student goes to view the video, the transcript is not viewable to her in the details page. So I am asking to have the transcript option to show when viewing from this screen. I had to create a special course and link her videos to that course so she could view the transcript. I think this would be an easier ask than the Admin having the ability to give permission to "a" person for editing transcripts
