Our institution was ready to turn on student video assignments within Canvas to make it easier for students to create and submit video assignments even though it works off LTI 1.1. Unfortunately, we were not able enable it because we have the "Assignment Enhancement feature" enabled in Canvas for the last 6 years. The advantages of keeping it on (over disabling it) are far too great for students. We are requesting that the product team would consider updating the Homework embed feature for student video submissions to work with LTI 1.3. The direct help guide is below:
