Update translation text for Captions/Caption Schedules in Institution Features

The captions toggle in Institution Settings -> General -> Features is translated into UK English in a confusing way
In US English, the toggle is called 'Caption Schedules'
In UK English, the toggle is called just 'Captions'
In addition to this, the UK English description does not state that the toggle applies to schedule captions only
We would like the translation text updated to remove this ambiguity
