With update to LTI 1.3, we would like the ability in Canvas LMS to create an Assignment with the submission type of External Learning Tool -> EchoVideo; and/or Selectable from the menu on the Assignments page.

With other integrated assessment tools, we have found this placement causes less confusion for academics to set up assessments and for students to submit assessments, as these options direct the user directly to the tool in question once the assessment is set up. (i.e., no need to click the “More” button, find the tool and follow the prompts, it is just there on the submission page when the student clicks the assignment link).
