As an instructor, I would like to see a warning appear if I mistakenly attempt to generate auto-chapters if manual chapters have already been created. This just happened to me where I spent an hour creating manual chapters (whilst waiting for the transcript to be generated), then I went to generate other metadata & completely forgot to disable the creation of auto-generated chapters. This wiped all of my manual chapter work & there was no way I could retrieve any of the work I had created.
