Could we please be able to make the calculator available for all question types? eg I have a teacher who would like to make the calculator available for this question, but it's not an option.

ALSO Many of our teachers would like to be able to make the calculator available for a whole test please, rather than having to select it question by question.

I fully agree. Having the calculator accessible throughout the entire test—rather than enabling it on a question-by-question basis—will make the experience much smoother.
