I can click on a test bank and see the questions, but I cannot select several of the questions and “create a test” with the selected ones. It only gives the option to duplicate. The duplicate function just adds duplicates of the selected questions to the same test bank.

I want to be able to select the questions and build the test like I can in the Question section of EchoExam.
