Group like questions together when creating a test.

Make tests longer than 100 Questions an option with short answer/matching etc. (goes with grouping questions - we typically make 150+ question exams. First 100-150 are MC/TF and the rest short answer)

Adding space/lines for short answers, right now we have to create our own otherwise the spot isn't big enough
