The customer would like a way for a learner to flag a question (ex. spelling error, wrong image, etc.) while they're taking a test, so that the Trainer can be notified and/or see a report of flagged questions

Yes please. Our students would also like a way to flag questions to come back to later in the exam if they have time left over (in order to reconsider or change their answer). Moodle provides this functionality, and on a paper test you would circle the question numbers, but there is no way to do this with EchoExam.
