Allow restricting downloads on uploaded videos

As a Habitat Author, I would like to be able to restrict downloads on uploaded videos. Currently I am only able to restrict downloads if I link to a Youtube/Vimeo video and set the restriction on those sites first (via the video configuration).

Hi - this post was based on my request. I do want to clarify, I want to be able to use video embed codes that have HTML code that restricts download. The videos would be uploaded and streamed from a Digital Asset Management system, not uploaded to EchoInk.
