Something that's very important to us at TPSF is the ability to have a dynamic learning pathway; namely, we would like first time users to take a skills assessment based on the group they are in (sales, operations, field training, etc) and based upon how well they do in that initial assessment, provide them with a subsequent, corresponding number or courses or hours that they will be automatically assigned into, based upon that how they perform on that initial training.
