Ideally we want to evolve the Asset Management global features to include Inkdoc content. We need to able to have a definition within a Habitat project, populate it once, and have it be updated across all locations of that definition.

For example, if we have a policy that has a definition across 12 different Inkdocs. As policies get updated, the definition gets out of sync. Instead of updating the policy in one place, we have to update it in 12 places. We wish we could make these content updates globally.
