Update History: We don’t know if this is possible, but we are looking for solutions to providing better visibility into content changes for our Quality, Compliance, and Oversight team.
Here’s our vision:
Current State: No reporting exists
Proposed Future State: A dashboard that pulls data relating to Page Activity/Save History
i. May be filtered by Book Name and then by Page Name
ii. Habitat Author Name (who saved changes)
iii. Date changes were saved
iv. (If possible) Text that was added or removed, or possibly a link to the specific paragraph where changes were made

Additional Suggestion/Consideration: Add metadata fields to documents that can be exported into Tableau, such as Created Date, Review Date, Last Updated Date, Update Type (Major/Minor). Repurpose fields that do not export into Tableau.

Christina Favero I second this thought! This would be great for a customer to see the staleness of pages within Inkdocs (as in what may need a review if it hasn't been touched). I think having visibility into the name of the page, the date it was edited/updated, and who updated it would go a long way towards that instead of only having the whole publish date. I've received some customer sentiment to this regard.
