Make it easier to edit the glossary centrally within an Inkdoc

The 'central overview' of glossary terms within an Inkdoc is now only accessible as HTML. As a Habitat author, I'd like to be have access to a central overview of glossary terms in which I can easily edit or delete glossary terms so that I don't have to mess with the HTML.

Good point! Only being able to change this in the HTML is quite time consuming.
