Would love to have the ability to assign audiences at the page or even chapter level.

For instance, Audience A needs to see a page in Audience B's Inkdoc, but Audience A should not be able to see additional Audience B content outside of that one specific page.

Thanks for suggesting this feature! I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for (being able to make individual pages or chapters available in the Library), but one thing you might explore is that it's currently possible to make specific pages or chapters available to different Audiences via a course assignment or Featured Content. You can re-use the same page or chapter in as many different courses or Featured Content items (and to as many different Audiences) as you'd like. This might be helpful for certain use cases where you want to assign or spotlight specific content to different groups of users, regardless of the document's original Audience.
