When opening an Inkdoc step in a Learning Pathway, the "Mark Complete" button appears at the bottom of the page that the Step opens to once the user has scrolled through the majority of that page. This is true whether the Inkdoc step points to only a single page of an Inkdoc, a multi-page chapter of an Inkdoc, or to an entire Inkdoc, making it possible for Learners to mark the step as complete after only viewing the first page and never opening the subsequent pages and chapters assigned in the Step.
The likelihood of this happening is exacerbated by the fact that the navigation to the next page of content is subtle, and may not be recognized by the Learner taking the course as a link to more content. So, along with disabling that button until all assigned pages within the LP Step have been opened/viewed, it would also be great to make the indication that there is more content included in the Step more prominent so that it is not overlooked.
