The data pipeline is crucial to keeping reporting updated, as the second there is a discrepancy in a dashboard, several Global Teams/ Executive Leaders get involved, and downstream reporting is affected. When the data pipeline breaks, it brings in issues with the overall tool integrity, as TMs don't understand the nuisances of the data pipeline and blame the tool for not showing in the dashboard.

CSOD is the LMS at Whole Foods Market. Learning Pathways is missing many critical features of a "formal" LMS and these features are not included in any roadmaps. We need to integrate any separate learning product as much as possible with CSOD, as when TMs think "learning" and/or "training", their first instinct is to go to CSOD.
