As a Manager or Supervisor, it would be beneficial and efficient to have a clear area dedicated to pending Trainer Sign-Offs for Learning Pathways courses.

Today, Managers or Supervisors can be notified via the Team Activity page on the Home screen, or by navigating several clicks into the Training page (at a granular level) via field reporting.

Instead, it would be beneficial to have an area dedicated to pending sign-offs on the Training page. If there could be a label at the Team level or Team Member level to show # of pending Sign-Offs, it would create more awareness about what is outstanding.
