Ability to apply themes to all course

Would be ideal to have a button to apply themes to all courses (or a group of courses) at one time.

In addition to this, it would be great to have an option to select which theme is the default theme used each time a new course is created. Right now, any time a new course is created, the default theme is "Knowbly Sans"
