Enhance the Knowbly API to allow partner integrations to automatically identify and link existing user accounts during provisioning. When an integration attempts to provision a user that already exists, the API currently returns a duplicate error without actionable account details, preventing automated account linking and requiring manual intervention. Introducing a dedicated user lookup endpoint, or including the existing account identifier within duplicate creation responses, will enable seamless automated account linking and streamline user onboarding.
