Currently, when a Knowbly course is published with specific scoring settings, any updates made to the course followed by re-publishing result in the scoring settings being reset to defaults. This requires the course creator to reconfigure the scoring settings each time, which can be both time-consuming and error-prone.

We would like to have the option during the publishing processing to either keep the previous scoring settings or reset the scoring settings.
