In-app Polling Notification

Every time a question pops up for polling, there should be an option to be notified of it when the app is open. For example, if my phone’s silence mode is on, then my phone should vibrate when a question pops up for polling. If silent mode is off, then a sound can be played for every question. If this brilliant idea is to be implemented into the app, then please feel free to give me a cut. Thank you.

I’d like to have the option to be notified when a new question is displayed onscreen. Often times I am multitasking and miss that there are questions to answer and I lose points not because I wasn’t present, but because I simply didn’t know.
