Would be great if when going into a course to schedule the term recordings, it could pick up the course start and end dates from the uploaded information. It's rare that I set up a one-off recording from the Courses tab; they're almost always term-long, repeating recordings.

Searching by SSO id is much less likely to provide false positives so please allow the user search to include this field. I have a common name and am a good example where search by SSO Id can eliminate errors !

As an admin It would be a useful option to add organisation and department to a users information. This would allow us to search for academics within a department to apply any special policies/features for their school/department not just the courses they are assigned to.

With the new UI change (Q2 2023) - the Rooms status font and colour on each tile is too similar for "Device Idle" and "Device Offline". Making it difficult to identify an offline room from the room management page.
