Searching by SSO id is much less likely to provide false positives so please allow the user search to include this field. I have a common name and am a good example where search by SSO Id can eliminate errors !

With the new UI change (Q2 2023) - the Rooms status font and colour on each tile is too similar for "Device Idle" and "Device Offline". Making it difficult to identify an offline room from the room management page.
