GoReact

In the activity settings provide the capability to limit the options available for participants to use to create their submission. i.e. i just want them to use the goreact recorder, or they must only upload a video.

As a user, I would like the ability for AskEcho to automatically determine files that are submitted as part of an activity & then convert them into the appropriate format that GoReact accepts (an example is that currently, GoReact does not support .WAV files & it would be great if AskEcho could determine this when a user uploads a file for submission then converts it into a format GoReact accepts).

It would be great if the License Management could be expanded upon and provide greater visibility including; Ability to easily export list of License Holders/License Admin. If there are a large number of license holders, you can't easily search as they may be on a separate page view and not return the search, creating additional steps, time, and possible confusion. Ability to see all user roles that have accepted their invitations during the current license term - Owners, Reviewers, and Participants. This is especially helpful for programs who create folders and invite Owners. Right now, they would have to go to each folder (in some programs this can be 50+) to see what the status is for follow up. Ability to select multiple License Holders at one time to delete. When cleaning up, the process can be cumbersome and time-consuming.

Currently when users export feedback (print comments) it only shows the timestamp and feedback provider for Marker feedback, unless it includes a preset comment. It would be great if it could include the Marker Abbrevation and Name, when a preset comment has not been added.

I have had students submitting their recording and have proof that they did it, but their recording is not appearing on the instructor's side and I am not able to give feedback or a fair grade since I cannot see them. Can someone tell me how to fix this issue?

As an instructor I would like to prevent students from being able to watch back their own videos for a certain period of time. For example, if I am running an activity across a day with students participating at different times (i.e. Sarah at 9am, Jane at 10am, Bob at 11am, etc), I will often need to use the same questions/scenarios for each student and I don't want the students to be able to share any of that information with others. Of course they could verbally share that information - but making the video available would provide an extra layer of opportunity that we would like to avoid.

While there are SSO options available for GoReact, outside of the LMS. I would like to see if/when SAML 2.0 access will be available via Azure and/or Okta.

I do not use Go React and have received many e-mail reminders about installing it. Please stop filling up my mail box. I do not need Go React.My classes are in-person; not on line.

As an administrator for my institution, I would like to configure for all my users (at my institution) that the default setting for the show feedback and scores toggle is off, so it's not accidentally left on. I don't want students to access feedback and scores until the instructor decides to release them.

I plan to have students do reflections on their role play videos but if they have the transcripts, they can just feed that into ai and ask it to do the reflection assignment for them. The ability to have instructors determine if students can view as part of the assignment and/or feedback setting would be ideal.
