When using AskEcho, I can delete individual FAQs or quiz questions, but there’s no option to remove an entire activity at once. If the generated content isn’t right, I have to manually delete each item, which is time-consuming and interrupts my workflow. It would be helpful to have a simple way to delete a whole activity in one action, with a confirmation step to avoid accidental deletion. Benefits: Saves time when content needs to be discarded Makes the experience feel more intuitive and user-friendly Supports faster iteration when generating new activities

It would be helpful to have a Enable/Disable toggle for AskEcho. We are not authorized to enable the global setting in our tenant. Instructors want the ability to opt-in / opt-out of using the AI tools at the course section level.

We would like AskEcho to have configuration settings for what is available and when it is available. We would like to be able to change what threshold it is available at and control it for the different parts of the AskEcho content.

We have had some feedback on once a study card is flipped over we cannot flip it back. The cards keep moving forward to the next card. To go back, we need to click out into another AskEcho feature and then back into Study Cards, which takes user back to the beginning. Is it possible to have it so the user can flip a study card back in case they want to read the card again.

It would be great to have feedback on correct/incorrect answers as a feature. This is useful for guiding students when they get an answer wrong.

Enable instructors to download AskEcho-generated video summaries for offline use and sharing.

Currently, if a lecturer or AskEcho adds a title to media, this will not be visible when the student accesses the content via the LMS > Course > Class List flow. It would be great if once there is media in the class (ie lecture has been captured) the title of the class would inherit the title of the media, improving discoverability for learners. Screenshot attached which shows the title of the class vs title of the media from an instructors perspective. Making this change will mean the AskEcho AI Title generation would have more value for viewers accessing via LTI / LMS's

Is it possible to add FAQs, Study Cards, and Quiz questions or answers as options? You can edit the existing generated content, but you can only delete items, not add them. That way you could revisit the AskEcho content and add an item at a later date.

We know how much engagement our students have with captures, the use of notes, confusion flags, etc. Can we do the same with AskEcho-generated content? This would aid lecturers in evaluating the use of the content and understanding if it has an impact on student learning and the student experience.

We would like to be able to toggle the Ask Echo features on and off indiviudally from Institution Settings. This is so we can remove the user ability to generate titles in order to maintain our institution naming comvention for recoridngs.
