If the content creator wants to add a copyright notice to their media, ideally they should be able to tick a 'copyright' box inside the upload modal. Otherwise, they have to upload, wait, go to the media details page, click on permissions and then tick the copyright box. It would be preferable to support the selection of copyright at the time of upload.
