When a video is added to a category, Managers can set permissions for other members in the category to edit/share/copy/edit transcripts etc. However only the owner of a video can edit existing chapters in a video, even if the video has been added to a collection. Could the right to edit chapters be added to the permissions within a collection, just the same as is the case for editing transcripts.
