As an instructor I need to have the ability for hyphenated names. Note, people have had hyphenated last names forever, but Echo doesn't accept them due to the presence of a "special character."

As an administrator, I want to reassign assets to another instructor when I remove someone from my organization so that their content is not lost. Tests, Questions, Question Banks, Resources, Courses, and Exams should become "owned" by the user the assets are transferred to.
