The multiple choice options aren't always visible on mobile phones. I've attached a screenshot of my phone to show the issue. The question in the screenshot has a fourth option but the mobile version of the page doesn't let you scroll down any further, which means the students wouldn't be able to read or select that option. I've come across this issue a couple of times, and I think it's mainly happening when the questions are longer.
