Have a way that instructors/coordinators can set Attendance to go out automatically (from the website, not PowerPoint). For our instructors, it would need to be flexible and allow you to choose dates and times, because the class may meet on Tuesdays at 10:00 and Fridays at 1:00. Ideally, it would allow for multiple entries, so an instructor could take attendance when class starts and near the end. Maybe there’s a way to get it to integrate with Outlook? A tool like this would allow support staff to assist faculty in taking attendance. Guest speakers wouldn’t have to worry about taking attendance, nor would the instructor have to physically be in the room those days.
