I ordered a point solutions subscription (Order Number: 1818745), however, when I put in a session code it tells me I need to purchase a subscription even though I already bought one.

I redeemed a point solutions card, however it is not allowing me to join then session. Is there another access code I can use to participate in class? Thank you.
