instructors are creating content - presentations, demonstrations, etc. - then those recordings should be theirs to reuse and shouldn't have the same policies applied. Is it possible for instructor's libraries be viewed differently than classroom lectures in regard to the policies? Thank you.

As an admin, I need to be able to export all Users on the tenant from the Imports/Exports tab and include the last login data. This is helpful when identifying old users that need to be deleted in Bulk.

We would like to have an automated message triggered to our admins if EchoVideo detects that our token for our Zoom integration is expired.

Please show the number of videos being embedded rather than published to a section. It would be extremely handy to see it on the Captures page. A tile in the Admin dashboard would be of value too or part of a API report.

Our institution has a K12 division, and they use Google classroom. they woudl like to move over from their currentprovider, and need an integration with this system to do so.

Allow to filter videos in Admin view if they have a transcript or not. Also, if the transcript did not meet the institutional settings on accuracy.

It would be super useful to see the type of media captured as column of data rather than having to choose the Source > Type in the drop-down menu on the left.

Would it be possible to please update the capture API to allow the ingest of extra fields, such as descriptions and tags, when importing media from other systems (such as in a migration) & map them to the appropriate metadata fields in EchoVideo.

From the admin panel captures page, it would be helpful to add a filter category to distinguish between captures owned by students/instructors/TAs. I don't currently see any way to determine how much the capture tool is being used by students.

We are finding that anytime a new audio device is added to the PC this device name is retained in the room configuration drop down field even though that device is no longer connected. Furthermore, if any audio device is named on the PC, it will create an additional entry for that device but add a number to it if that device is removed temporarily for service or other reasons, as well as keeping the original device name. This creates confusion and recording errors as any current scheduled recordings will default to the originally named entry and not the new device name unless modified in the config. This can become quite unwieldy. The only way to clear this cache of device names is to delete the room altogether and re-add it which affects any current schedules and access to past recordings when doing a search for past recordings in this room (they don't show up). A way to clear or modify this cache of anything other than what is connected would be helpful.
